How to download a program or software?
Downloading is eazy-pezy. We would recommend that you create a specific folder for downloading to and storing software downloads from this website.
To avoid forgetting which folder your software has downloaded to, you may wish to follow the steps below!
For Windows Users:
1) Choose Start (located bottom left hand corner of screen) > Open My Documents > Right Click Mouse in My Documents Window > Select New > Select Folder > Create Folder
2) Choose a name and rename your new Folder, i.e. 'Softwarez' You are now ready to download!
3) Once you have decided on your download, you will notice a link named 'Free Trial Download', one can be found on and every description page for that particular product. If a trial download option is available, click on 'Free Trial Download' link to download that software. A new Windows msgbox will appear giving you options. - You can either select 'Open' to download and run software without saving it to your computer. - You can select 'Save' option specify the folder you wish to save the software to. Please see our explanation on how to do this above.
How to install software?
Locate software in the folder you saved it to and 'double click' on (*.exe) or executable file to start installation process.
- double click on software or (*.exe) to start Installation. - select language if given an option to do so.
- You will be given instructions and normally guided through the installation by the software itself.
- select 'Next' to proceed with installing the softwre.
- Read terms and agreement and select 'I Agree' or 'Cancel' if you wish to cancel installation.
- Now you will be given the option to select the folder you wish your program to install to. ** Normal Destination e.g.: C:\Program Files\i-Software1.2\ ** Or choose different folder to save your software files to. (*Hint* Uninstall.exe can be found in this folder for future removal of software from your system)
- Sit back, Relax and watch it Install! :)
- Once done you will be given options to run the software and close the Installation window.
- You will notice most trial software downloads will give you options to 1. Install registration code. 2. Trial Usage. 3. Buy Option. Select option 2 to test drive the software before buying.
You are in no way obliged to pay for or buy anything unless you are willing to do just that. How to remove software?
- Removal is easy. Most software’s can be removed via the Windows/Add remove Programs Utility which can be found in Control Panel.
Shortcut: Select Start (bottom left hand corner of screen) - Run - Type: control.exe ... Hey Presto Control Panel will appear. :)
- Programs can also be removed manually via Program Files or the Folder you chose to install the software program and its files in. Look out for 'Uninstall.exe' or 'Unins.exe' file.
Please contact the vendor if you're having difficulty in removing a particular software or file from your computer, or for all other queries related to the software in question.

I keep getting a "corrupt file" message?
A "corrupt file" means the file you downloaded from DVD Cloner UK was broken or interrupted during download and will not install. The reasons for this can be numerous. In most cases it could be that your INTERNET connection broke and connection to our download servers was severed. In such incidents we would advise you to download the software again and keep regular backups of working files.
